Come drive with us !
The James River Driving Association encompasses Richmond & the surrounding areas of Virginia, and parts of Maryland, West Virginia, & North Carolina. Our first formal meeting was in 1984.
Our primary goal is to further the education of new & existing drivers. Most of our members are recreational drivers, but some are former or current competitors.
We encourage our members to share expertise & experiences, and to participate in a variety of activities, including clinics, pleasure drives, shows, & other learning opportunities.
Guests are always welcome! If you've never driven & are curious about this fast-growing equine discipline, please join us at any of our events. We love to introduce newcomers to our sport.
See our classifieds page for lesson opportunities, from beginners on up.
